Get started
1
Create your account
Open
/register, enter your work email, and choose Create account.ScopeRAG emails a magic link. Open it on the same device you want to use. After verification you land in chat for your organization.Magic links expire after 15 minutes. If the link is invalid, request a new one from
/login.2

- Classification — sensitivity of the file
- Categories — folders in your taxonomy (Uncategorized is available by default)
- Tags — optional labels for later filtering

Ask a question
Open Chat, pick a model if more than one is available, and ask something the document can answer.Example:
What does this policy say about remote work? The assistant streams a reply. Sources appear under the message. Open a source to read the cited passage.4
Invite your team
If you are an owner or administrator, open Admin Center → Users and invite colleagues by email. Assign the User role and add them to groups so they only see the documents they should.
You should now have a conversation with at least one cited source from a file you uploaded.

Processing may still be running. Confirm the file appears in Documents, then ask again. Also check chat filters: an empty or overly narrow classification, category, or tag filter can hide the file.
